Catalina Pardo is the Manager of Bascuñán & Cía.
She has over 10 years of experience in the management and administration of national and international law firms. Her career includes the management of human resources, finance, administration, and marketing departments, with a focus on the optimisation of internal processes, management control, and strategic development of law firms.
Throughout her career, she has led projects in organisational modernisation, implementation of administrative efficiency policies, budget control and development of corporate positioning strategies. Her experience also includes the coordination of international operations and relations with bilateral chambers of commerce and diplomatic entities.
