Diego Miranda is a partner in the Public and Regulatory Law and Energy & Natural Resources practice areas. He has over ten years of experience advising and representing private and public institutions, both national and international, in matters related to Public, Regulatory, Administrative, and Constitutional Law, as well as Energy, Natural Resources, and Environmental Law. A specialist in administrative litigation, he has advised numerous companies in negotiations and disputes of this nature before various Government entities. In addition, he has extensive experience advising clients on the negotiation and execution of special and critical contracts, particularly those related to the country's regulated economic activities.
