Felipe Bascuñán has over 35 years of professional practice, with solid and well-established experience advising a wide range of clients and leading teams of lawyers in matters related to Electricity Law, Water Law, and Public and Regulatory Law, as well as in real estate and corporate affairs, with a particular focus on special and critical contracts (PPAs, desalination and water supply agreements, port use, transportation, etc.). He specializes in strategic litigation and acts as a litigating attorney in arbitration and legal proceedings related to energy, water, insurance, and construction, as well as in environmental applications, proceedings, and claims.
