Joaquín Corvalán is a partner in the Energy & Natural Resources and Public & Regulatory Law practice areas, focusing his professional practice on Electricity Law, Water Law, and Administrative Law. He advises domestic and international companies on the negotiation of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and other related critical contracts, as well as on applications and administrative proceedings before various public entities, including the DGA, National Electricity Coordinator, SEC, National Energy Commission, Expert Panel, and in the defense of their interests before ordinary and arbitral courts.
